携手阿里造车，3000亿汽车巨头涨停！

另一家互联网巨头悄然进入汽车行业。

据《证券时报》报道，阿里巴巴与上汽集团（600104，股票吧）联合成立的智基汽车科技有限公司有限公司于12月25日成立，公司低调，注册资本100亿元。

受此消息影响，连日来低迷的上汽集团股价于12月28日涨停，收盘报25.74元。

准备工作始于两年半前

启信宝资料显示，智己汽车成立于2020年12月25日，注册资本100亿元。其法定代表人为王晓秋，经营范围包括汽车技术、新能源汽车、汽车零部件及配件的研发、制造和销售。

阿里巴巴和上海远捷智能科技股权投资基金合伙企业分别持有智己汽车18%和72%的股份。

值得一提的是，智己汽车的大股东上海元捷在一个多月前刚刚成立。据启信宝介绍，上海远捷成立于11月18日，从事股权投资、产业投资、投资管理和资产管理等业务。其股东包括上汽集团、上海张江高科技（600895，Geba）科技园开发有限公司有限公司和上海上汽恒旭投资管理有限公司。

上汽集团直接持有上海元捷74.9861%的股份，并通过另一股东上汽恒旭投资管理有限公司间接持有上汽恒旭40%的股份。

通过上海源捷的投资，上汽集团间接持有智己汽车约54%的股份。

受与阿里巴巴联合造车消息影响，上汽集团28日发力拉升市场，最终将其封上涨停板，交易金额近36亿元。

然而，同样是上海圆捷股东的张江高科却没有上汽集团那样受到资本市场的追捧，28日收盘价仅上涨1.35%，交易额高达2.5亿元。

据《21世纪商业评论》报道，智己汽车项目于两年半前开始筹备。在生产方面，它继承了上汽的制造体系和造车经验，而阿里巴巴将为用户提供大数据、达摩院的最新技术、阿里云、新零售等资源。

互联网公司进入的汽车类型有哪些？

阿里巴巴并不是唯一一家进入汽车行业的互联网巨头。

最近，据路透社报道，百度正在考虑制造自己的电动汽车，或与一家汽车制造商组建合资企业，百度持有多数股权。与此同时，路透社援引知情人士的话称，百度已与吉利汽车、广州汽车集团（601238，股吧）和一汽红旗就成立合资公司的可能性进行了早期讨论，但尚未做出最终决定。

对此，百度回应《每日经济新闻》记者称，“不予置评”。广汽集团表示，此前已与百度建立战略合作关系，未来进一步合作有待讨论。不过，吉利汽车和一汽红旗均未对此做出回应。

随后，有传言称百度的“造车朋友圈”进一步扩大。有报道称，百度可能与威马汽车合作造车，双方正在讨论可能的合作模式。百度和威马汽车均表示“无可奉告”。

尽管百度的造车仍不确定，但资本市场已经开始狂欢。消息发布当天，百度股价上涨13.83%。美国东部时间12月18日，百度股价再次上涨，收于每股192.69美元，市值657.22亿美元，创下20个月来新高。截至美国东部时间12月24日收盘，百度收盘价为191.02美元，市值为652亿美元。
